This privacy policy describes which personal data is processed when you visit this website and on what legal basis. It applies to this website only. A separate privacy policy applies to processing within the PM Cockpit platform. Data that customers enter there on their own responsibility is processed by us exclusively as a processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Personal data is data that can be used to identify you personally.
Please note that data transmission over the internet, for example when communicating by e-mail, can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and delivered through its content delivery network.
When you open the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data, in particular the IP address, the time of the request, the address requested, and the browser type and operating system. This processing is required to deliver the website, protect it against attacks and ensure its stability. The data is deleted after 30 days unless security-related incidents require longer retention.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing this website securely, quickly and reliably.
A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare. Where personal data is transferred to the United States in this context, the transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses under Art. 46 GDPR.
The fonts used on this website are served locally. No connection to third-party servers is established and your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
Scope note: The PM Cockpit platform is operated independently of this website and exclusively within the European Union. The transfer described above concerns the delivery of this website only.
We use only technically necessary cookies and comparable technologies that are required for the secure operation and delivery of this website. The legal basis is § 25 (2) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. No tracking for advertising purposes takes place.
Reach measurement: To understand how our website is used, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics from Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, the address requested, the referring website, browser and device type, country and page load times are transmitted to Cloudflare and evaluated only in aggregated form as statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not set cookies, does not store any information on your device and does not recognise you across page views or visits; no user profile is created. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in evaluating the use of our website in aggregated form and improving it accordingly. Any transfer to the United States is covered by the standard contractual clauses referred to in section 3.
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form or by e-mail, we process the details you provide, including your contact data, in order to handle the enquiry and for follow-up questions. We do not pass this data on without your consent.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
The data remains with us until the purpose for storing it no longer applies, for example once your enquiry has been dealt with, and at the latest after 24 months. Mandatory statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
The same applies when you enter your e-mail address to download a guide. Your details are delivered to us by e-mail through the Brevo sending service of Sendinblue GmbH, Berlin. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo.
Protection against misuse: To protect our forms against spam and automated requests, we use Cloudflare Turnstile from Cloudflare, Inc. Turnstile checks technical characteristics of your browser and your IP address to determine whether a request comes from a human; a challenge only appears if this check is inconclusive. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting this website and our mailboxes against misuse. Any transfer to the United States is covered by the standard contractual clauses referred to in section 3.
You have the following rights towards us:
You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. An informal message by e-mail is sufficient. The lawfulness of the processing carried out until withdrawal remains unaffected.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
This website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar starting with “https://” and a padlock symbol being shown. When encryption is active, the data you transmit cannot be read by third parties.
We hereby object to the use of contact data published under the imprint obligation for sending advertising and information material that has not been expressly requested. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising being sent.
This privacy policy is dated October 2026. Further development of the website or changes in legal requirements may make it necessary to adapt it. The current version is always available on this website.
For questions about the processing of your personal data, or requests for information, blocking, or deletion, please contact us directly. Data processing inside the Evoltir PM Cockpit product itself is governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
